Regina Pacis Apartments is an 18-story building that provides low and moderate income housing for seniors. The proposed renovation plans include the partial or full replacement of apartment entry doors, windows, kitchen appliances, cabinets, countertops, bathroom sinks, toilets, lighting and electric panels. The renovation will also include the upgrade of nine units to full handicap accessibility. In addition to the installation of the CHP unit, the common area renovation plans include upgrade/replacement of the roof, elevators, lobby, community rooms, laundry facilities, corridor lighting and flooring, parking lot repairs, management office renovation and landscape redesign.
